SHIPPING & RETURNS
All items are shipped from within the US. We are not responsible for lost packages within the United States or outside of the Unites States. We ensure that all packages are packaged properly and do extensive R&D to ensure your packages arrive undamaged. In the event a package does arrive damage, photo evidence within the first 2 weeks of arrival is necessary to replace an item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are craftsmen, and stand by our work. If your product is damaged or needs repaired, feel free to contact us and we will make it right. We only accept returns within 6 months of arrival, and if products are returned in the condition they arrived. We understand life happens and try to be accommodating outside of this policy when possible.
If anything goes wrong with your product through no fault of your own, at any time, we will repair or replace the product.
